Please ensure that all adults staying in the property are included in your reservation. By booking this unit, guests agree to the following rental agreement:

  1. Guests acknowledge and accept the rules and conditions of renting the property.
  2. Guests acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition (if found otherwise per my arrival,  I will contact the Owner immediately)
  3. Guests agree to return the property undamaged.
  4. Guests indemnify the Owner against any injury or property damage.
  5. Guests agree that the Owner is not liable for consequential damages.
  6. Guests acknowledge the inherent risks of indoor and outdoor activities.
  7. Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Long-term guests must supply their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted.
  9. Further, agree that the Owner of the Rental Property shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising.

Additional Conditions:

  1. Guests must maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition.
  2. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage.
  3. Utility usage will be capped for stays exceeding one month.
  4. Each apartment will be allotted one assigned parking space.
  5. Monthly cleaning fees may apply for extended stays.
  6. Pet violation fees of $300 apply for unauthorized pets.
  7. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.  Smoking violation will incure a $300 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
  8. Guests staying for more than 28 consecutive days must supply their own consumables, including, but not limited to, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, toothpaste, etc.

All parties agree to comply with Federal, State, and County laws and regulations.
